What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

A pressure washer is a high-pressure mechanical sprayer that is used to remove contaminants such as clogged oil, greasy stains, unwanted graffiti, loose paint, mold, grime, dust, mud, and dirt from surfaces and objects like building facilities, bridges, ships, vehicles and concrete surfaces. A soft washer uses a slower, less powerful mechanical sprayer that is used on more delicate surfaces.

What do I need to do to prepare for wash day?

Remove furniture and potted plants from the area. Make sure all exterior doors and windows are closed. See item 9 from the Terms and Conditions page for more information.

What about my plants and landscaping?

Remove potted plants from the area. Our team will water the plants in the ground prior to the house/roof washing. We will douse the plants again after house/roof washing to make every effort to protect your property. Please see terms and conditions for additional information.

What chemicals do you use? Are they harmful to the environment?

Different jobs require different chemical products. The chemicals used do not pose a risk to the environment when used properly. The industry standard for the majority of the jobs use Sulfur Hypochlorite (SH). We are happy to provide a Safety Data Sheet upon request.

It's winter time, can you wash my property in the winter?

Yes! We offer many services in the off season including fleet services, RV, motor home and fish house washing, sewer jetting for frozen septic systems and residential snow plowing.

How long will it take you to wash the property or equipment?

There are many factors that go into determining how long it will take to wash your property/equipment. Typically, the bigger the job, the longer it will take.

Does someone need to be at the property when you are washing?

Your call! Stay in the comfort of your home or go on about your day. If payment hasn't been arranged and you aren't home, we will send you a bill.
